Machine Introduction

This waste pet bottles recycling washing machine adopts the automated water circulation system, continuous feeding and washing.This system uses the structure specially designed to cause friction of PET bottles inside the machine,
and uses the high-temperature chemical water to remove the labels, dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metal and other impurities on the bottles surfaces.Through detection system, it is able to conduct automatic control over temperature and chemical supplement, to achieve comprehensive automatic control of production process, and guarantee bottle washing quality.
Supporting chemical water filtration system, using coarse filter, fine filter, sedimentation,separate impurities of chemical water and reuse, thus to prolong the service life of the chemical water.
The bottle Pre-washing unit has a significant impact on the PVC contents of the recycled flakes.
High-temperature washing can make changes in the appearance of PVC bottles, making it easy to distinguish in the PET bottles and manual sorting become very simple; meanwhile, the bottles cleaned can allow the automatic selection system with higher sorting efficiency.
The whole system include the procedures: Bale Breaker, pre-washer, label remover, sorting, crushing, washing，dewatering, second crushing for size reduction(optional),drying etc.
A typical PET bottle washing plant is consist of the following components:
• Belt conveyor: For waste material infeeding.
• Bale Breaker – opens the tight bales of PET bottles to loose bottles one by one.
• Trommel screen: big trommel could separate heavy stones, caps, sand or other small contamination down from pet bottles.
• Pre-washing: This machine has a big volume should work with hot water with high temperature.
It mainly used for pre-washing the bottles before crushing and removes some contamination out. ( PVC bottles after go through the hot water may change color and could be sorted out further.)
• Label remover: For removing most percentage labels on the bottle body before crushing. This machine also have the function of pre-washing as well. We have label remover working by water or air.
• Sorting belt: Sorting processed bottles again by manual to separate them by color, characteristic and sorting the dirties out before crushing.
• Metal Detector – detects metal contamination that may remain in the bottles
• Crusher: Wet crushing system.It used for material size reduction and pre-washing by water spraying from the top.
• Screw conveyor : For PET flakes transportion
• High speed Friction washer: High speed friction washing could achieve a good cleaning effects through the blades on the beating and rub.
• Single screw or double screw washing tank/ float washer: For flakes floating washing and conveying.
• Hot Washing Tank/ steam washer – hot washing process with alkaline (caustic) soda to remove glue and oil.
• Horizontal dewatering machine( Dehydrator):This machine is mainly used for the drying of the pet flakes , it throw the water out from the screen by high speed rotating ,and the plastic get out of the machine enters into the next procedure from the outlet .The machine has a good drying effect and high energy efficiency. The paddle is made of high wear-resistant materials, can be replaced more conveniently.
• Hot air dryer-this machine will dry the pet flakes further by hot air.
• Second crusher(optional): For PET flakes size reduction to final size required.
• Zig-Zag label separator: To separate the remaining labels and dust in the crushed flakes.
• Blower and transition silo: transportation to storage silo.
• Control cabinet: For control the whole system intensively.
